We’ve been around the globe leading executives in the entertainment, media, technology, branding, and promotions spaces through reimagination, transformation, and expansion projects for periods of 6-18 months.
Many of our projects have focused on new media applications including IPTV, VR, AR, live-streaming, holograms, avatars, 3D cameras, major and niche social networks, machine learning, bots, digital goods, blockchain, AI, IOT, cloud computing, and advanced Google technologies.
Thom is a global creative strategy leader. His work is at the forefront of where consumer behavior, new media, and imagination converge. As a trusted partner, Thom has been sought after to bring his market building and design thinking perspective to a variety of new product and platform launches, communications campaigns, business redesigns, and rebrands. Thom has helped some of the world's top visionaries and companies apply insight-driven creativity to crystallize positive developmental change.
As a career Strategist, Thom got an early start in the discipline. At 21, he worked at giants McCann New York, The Martin Agency, and The Richards Group—where he trained as a classical Account Planner, bringing the voice of the consumer to his branding and advertising work. Later, he served as a Strategist at innovation management consultancy Co: collective in New York City, and then as a Strategy Director at Phenomenon in Los Angeles. At 28, Thom exited from a successful tech startup he built two years earlier, which reinvented talent sourcing for the communications industry. Prior to launching Pursue Blue in 2018, Thom worked as an independent Strategist for four years on behalf of various agencies, media, and tech companies in New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Montreal, and Stockholm. By age 30, Thom's vision had impacted over 100 clients across 30 diverse industries.
